Who we are

Vincent Edwards is an International award-winning creative entertainment professional with over 25 years of experience in crafting content for animation, film, and virtual reality. His passion is to produce world-class content across all platforms, utilizing talent and resources from many countries to execute culturally authentic content for a variety of demographics and audiences. As a ‘script-to-screen’ Creative Producer, he brings a talent for vividly envisioning projects and facilitating development by building highly skilled teams and designing production pipelines using the latest methods available. With experience in creating branded content, he also has extensive experience in re-imagining animated executions of tentpole feature films like Men In Black, Starship Troopers, Spiderman, and Godzilla. Other notable animated projects include Little Krishna, Monster High, Max Steel, Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5, as well as Virtual Reality experiences for Emblematic Group, and the Lumiere award winning live action 360 Video, Rose Colored. Vincent has worked with numerous studios as a creative, including Lionsgate, Shadow Machine, Sony, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Disney XD, Freemantle Media, BIG Animation, Mattel, and Nelvana among others.

Peter Ramsey is co-director of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, for which he became the first African American to be nominated for and win an Academy Award as well as Annie and Golden Globe awards for Best Animated Feature. Also known for Dreamworks Animation's 2012 feature film "Rise Of The Guardians”, he also directed the Halloween TV special, "Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space" as well as serving as a story artist on several of Dreamworks Animation's feature films. Prior to joining Dreamworks, he worked as a storyboard artist on live action feature films, including "Backdraft", "Boyz n the Hood", "Bram Stoker's Dracula", "Minority Report", "Cast Away", "Independence Day," "Being John Malkovich", "Fight Club" and "Hulk", among many others. Ramsey was also Second Unit Director on live action feature films including "Godzilla," "Tank Girl," "Higher Learning," and "Poetic Justice." Peter is currently Director and Executive Producer of the upcoming Netflix show, “Lost Ollie” following his Role as EP on “Hair Love”, which won the Academy Award for best animated short, and a recent Emmy Award for Directing an episode of “We The People” which was Executive Produced by Barack and Michelle Obama for Netflix.

Gary is a graduate of the Marshall School of the University of Southern California. He founded and operates a boutique accounting firm dedicated to bringing high – quality tax preparation, tax planning and tax resolution services to individuals, small businesses, small nonprofits, family owned businesses and start-ups, at an extremely affordable price.

Gary’s services are generally provided as a “flat fee” arrangement with no charge for telephone calls or simple emails. Treating his clients with respect and concern for their issues, his goal is to create a long-term relationship with his clients to best serve them.

In his role as CFO of Tigerhawk Studios, he provides solid financial management and strategic planning.

Mo Davoudian is an Emmy Award-winning Executive Creative Director and CEO of Los Angeles-based Brain Zoo Studios, where he has partnered with Warner Bros., Disney, Marvel, Activision, Electronic Arts, Mattel, Hasbro, Microsoft, Lego, Sony, and more. He’s been producing realtime animated productions for over 20 years and recently created Marvel’s first real-time animated production on Guardians of the Galaxy: Black vortex Series. Mr. Davoudians extensive realtime experience has also been on other titles such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Mortal Kombat 11, Skylanders, Disney’s’ Infinity 3, Ultimate Spiderman, Lego Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Gears of War, Lord of The Rings and Borderlands 3.

Joe Pearson is an animation producer, director, art director, writer and designer with a Hollywood career spanning over 30 years with experience at Walt Disney, Fred Wolf, Universal, Hanna-Barbera, Warner Brothers, Nickelodeon and Ruby Spears among others. He is the President of Epoch Ink Animation, an independent Los Angeles animation company that he founded in 1995. From 20007—2015 Joe was a partner in Tripod Entertainment Sbdn based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As CCO, he led the group’s various animation productions and co-managed its intellectual property development.

Eric Ramsey is an animator, story artist, storyboard artist and has a background in photography and cinematography with a professional career of nearly 40 years in feature films and feature animation. A native of Los Angeles, Eric’s experience includes working under Ron Howard, “Backdraft”, “Apollo 13” and the “Grinch”, James Cameron, “Titanic”, Robert Zemeckis, “Contact”, Jon Favreau, “Zathura”, “Ironman”, and “Ironman 2”. He also gained valuable character and story experience working for over 3 years at Dreamworks Animation and later at Warner Animation/Bricksberg on “the Lego movie 2” and “Ninjago” as well as Joe Dante’s “Looney Tunes: Back in Action”. Eric has recently completed pre-production work for projects utilizing LED Volume production methods on episodes of “the Mandalorian” for Disney +.
